Body Motivation – Monday Inspiration

Finding the motivation to get healthy and work out is one of the hardest things. I start finding more motivation when the weather changes, it starts to get warm and Spring is in full bloom. 

This week it’s suppose to be in the high 80’s and even reach up to 93 degrees — which in California is common, but I am not ready for this heat. I love to find inspiration from Pinterest and Instagram, there are so many motivating accounts and images that I’m sure you’ll enjoy as well.

– Do it for the body you’ve always wanted. 
– Would you rather be covered in sweat at the gym, or covered in clothes at the beach?
– Make your body the sexiest outfit you own.
– Hard work and a clean diet, that’s all it takes.
– Pain is just weakness leaving your body.
– Believe in yourself. 
– Stop thinking, just do it. 
– Don’t quit. You’re already in pain. You’re already hurt. Get a reward from it.

– It’s not about becoming perfect. It’s about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that’s where transformation happens. That’s how change occurs.

    A lot of people don't understand how important water is for our bodies… Plus it makes us feel more full so we don't eat as much.. I love your blog.. These pictures are super motivating too.
